Remedial Massage Therapy $90 – $120

Remedial treatment - a targeted treatment where dry needing, taping or further assessments/rehab exercise may be required.

Targeted treatment is recommended in most cases to achieve a better result, please prioritise your area of concern and if possible aim to treat at separate appointments. Tash will discuss  and organise the best schedule and program for your treatment.

The importance of exercise and movement is emphasised as a priority alongside manual therapy. In most cases rehabilitative exercise is prescribed to gain long term recovery and prevention.  

For general training or pre or post training/event a more full body approach for tension and recovery is taken.

Please bring any previous scans/reports to your appointment.

TAPING, CUPPING & DRY NEEDLING THERAPY AVAILABLE

DRY NEEDLING THERAPY

Dry needling is a treatment is aimed at releasing tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction. A thin acupuncture needle is inserted in order to stimulate the trigger points that are leading to the pain and disability causing the problem. We use dry needling alongside remedial therapy to gain maximum results.
